MANAGEMENT STYLE: SAGA Construction provides 3 levels of management to oversee the construction of our homes. One Partner manages the day-to-day operations and our Project Manager oversees material selections, timelines, quality control and weekly client updates. Job Superintendents oversee our subcontractors to meet progress goals and timelines and to ensure our high quality standards are met.

We understand this, and provide fixed pricing and a home delivery timeline before you make a commitment. We search for cost-cutting measures at every corner, without sacrificing quality in materials and craftsmanship. We then provide a detailed quote and review every aspect to minimize surprises.

SERVICE : We love what we do and it shows! Our customer service begins when you call our office or walk in our front door. We provide full service without full price. Our customer service doesn’t stop with the home delivery. After construction, we schedule 3 walk-through appointments to ensure our customer’s complete satisfaction before the 1 year builder’s warranty expires.
