If you have a unique home design in mind or floor plans specific to your needs, SAGA has in-house designers and has developed partnerships with local and regional architects to ensure we deliver the perfect home to you.

Financing Services

SAGA has long-standing relationships with several local and regional banks and lending institutions. Upon request, we will assist in negotiating the best available financing terms for your individual needs. In some cases, special financing is also available through our investment groups. We work with local municipalities and government agencies as needed. As part of our home construction packages, these services are provided to you at no additional charge.

Rental Management Services

Weekly Rentals: SAGA works with the best Property Management Companies on the Outer Banks, and we can assist in securing reduced rental management rates with group home discounts. We also coordinate with rental management companies and vendors to optimize weekly rentals. To promote our luxury homes for rent, SAGA maximizes internet exposure through independent marketing sites like VRBO.com and www.HomesBySAGA.com.

Long Term Rentals: For a nominal fee, SAGA will assist in coordinating long term renters for our out of town investor clients. This assistance includes background checks, drafting long-term leases and showing homes to prospective renters as needed.
