4. Floor Plans have been designed by various architects. Reproduction of plans without the consent of the respective architect is considered in violation of its copyright.
5. SAGA Construction is incorporated in the state of North Carolina.
6. www.HomesBySAGA.com is operated by SAGA Construction Inc.
7. Permits and Tap fees are based on Dare County permit and fee structures. Actual permit fees may differ from this. The difference between Dare County Permits and actual will be assed at time of construction.
