Sumit Gupta has been in North Carolina real estate sales and development for the better part of this decade. His primary focus is on identifying under-valued real estate investments in the Central and Eastern North Carolina regions. He looks for above average yields with an emphasis on controlling key income producing assets with unique long term potential. Sumit has organized and advised numerous investment groups. He has a solid track record of delivering on projected ROI's. Sumit has experience in initial feasibility studies, implementation, execution and overall project management. With many developers remaining dormant during this economic downturn, Sumit has helped SAGA Construction develop a research-based and sustainable growth model which has allowed SAGA to remain a prolific builder and well positioned to bring the best investment opportunities to its clients. He is passionate about real estate investment and enjoys his work. Sumit also enjoys playing tennis, skiing, traveling and a wide variety of books.

Amit has a Masters in Business combined with extensive experience in personal real estate investment and portfolio management. His research focuses on the future direction of real estate in North Carolina. Amit has helped SAGA Construction and its clients identify the forthcoming supply shortages of retirement and lifestyle communities in the coastal Carolinas, and the required medical and healthcare infrastructure to support these shortages. He is currently working to help develop one of the first fully integrated Continuum of Care Retirement Communities (CCRC's) in northeastern North Carolina. Amit is also involved with the acquisition and management of oceanfront rental investment homes on the Outer Banks. By consistently monitoring the rental market, and establishing close relations with property management companies, he has helped SAGA and its clients develop top income producing homes in the area. Amit is well versed in information technology and understands the importance of integrating such tools into the construction process. He strives to deliver the best real estate investment experience and value to our clients. In his free time, Amit enjoys playing tennis, and exercising at the YMCA. For relaxation, he enjoys movies and sporting events.

Prem Gupta has over 30 years of accounting/financial management experience. As a principal partner, he has helped to maintain SAGA Construction and its subsidiaries in sound financial standing. Prem has established long-lasting business relationships with many lending institutions, which allows him to assist our building clients in evaluating the best financing options currently available. With corporate experience as Chief Financial Officer, he has implemented cost containment practices to ensure our clients receive the best possible value during the construction process. When not overseeing our financial department, Prem enjoys time spent relaxing with family, playing ping pong and watching his favorite televised sport, cricket.

After serving in the U.S. Navy, Ali Amini relocated to the Outer Banks to become a principal partner with SAGA Construction. As the Construction Manager, he uses his work experience, discipline and organization skills to oversee our Outer Banks construction projects. Ali’s primary objectives are accurate job estimates, strict budgetary controls and effective job scheduling. Our clients benefit from a three-tier management structure to ensure the construction of high quality homes with a timely home delivery schedule. For the past two years, Ali has been an assistant soccer coach and sponsor of a local co-ed middle school soccer team. Time spent at home includes gourmet cooking, music, reading and movies.

Bo has over 25 years of experience as a building industry professional on the Outer Banks, and specializes in constructing high performance custom homes and buildings in this unique coastal environment. Having completed over 400 projects as a general contractor, he has the experience, knowledge and management expertise to provide the highest level of professional service in each of his assignments. He is dedicated to building to the highest quality standards and best practices to provide our clients with the greatest level of satisfaction in their finished projects. He has been an active community leader and served as the Chairman of the Nags Head Planning Board. When not building homes, he enjoys spending time with family and golfing.

Prior to joining SAGA Construction, Wayne Denny, was a self-employed contractor for 28 years. He is proficient in most sub-contracting trades, resulting in effective scheduling and quality control management. Wayne has contracted and managed the construction of over 100 custom homes and has overseen hundreds of home additions and renovations in both Virginia and North Carolina. When working with homeowners; quality, efficiency and customer service rank highest on his list of priorities. Wayne is an avid fisherman who designs and builds custom fishing rods. His favorite times are spent outdoors with family and friends; cooking on the grill, building bon fires and swapping stories!

Julie Short has prior experience working for a large corporate accounting firm based out of California. She has been actively involved in the Outer Banks real estate market since 1999. Her prior real estate experience includes serving as a Managing Broker and Marketing Director for three local firms. Julie utilizes her marketing skills and her talents to design and implement personalized marketing and sales programs for ICR-SAGA and our clients. She adheres to strict North Carolina real estate procedures, specializes in client negotiations and is known for her thorough representation and consistent client communications.She enjoys cooking, music and time spent with family and friends
