He has a solid track record of delivering on projected ROI's. Sumit has experience in initial feasibility studies, implementation, execution and overall project management. With many developers remaining dormant during this economic downturn, Sumit has helped SAGA Construction develop a research-based and sustainable growth model which has allowed SAGA to remain a prolific builder and well positioned to bring the best investment opportunities to its clients.
